It guarantees repayment of the principal and accrued interest of housing PF loan for the project cost including the cost of land that developer receives by offering future cash flow and business feasibility as a collateral in return.
Guarantee for Housing Construction Loan Covered by National Housing & Urban Fund
It guarantees the repayment of a quasi-housing construction loan provided by National Housing & Urban Fund entrusted institution in cases where the developer fails to repay the loan
Guarantee for License and Permission
It guarantees the fulfillment of requirements imposed by the state or local government for housing project license and permission in cases where a project owner fails to fulfil the requirement
Guarantee for Deposit of Supervising Expense
It guarantees the payment to a supervisor in cases where a project owner fails to make the payment to the supervisor regarding the supervision of applicable project.
Guarantee for Small-scale Housing Redevelopment Loan
It guarantees the payment of the principal and interest of redevelopment loan (that covers the relocation cost, shared expense, operating cost) borrowed by a housing cooperative (members of a cooperative) for redevelopment and maintenance in cases where the cooperative fails to repay the loan.

It guarantees the completion of construction of multi-purpose housing or the refund of down payment and middle payments made in cases where a developer or project owner fails to fulfil its obligations under pre-sale agreement due to bankruptcy, insolvency, etc.
Guarantee for Rental Housing Completion
It guarantees the completion of rental housing construction or the refund of down payment and middle payments made in cases where a project owner fails to fulfil its obligations under rental agreement due to its bankruptcy, insolvency, etc.
Guarantee for Studio Apartment Completion
It guarantee the completion of construction (including pre-use inspection and ownership preservation registration) of studio apartment (including other facilities that are built in the same building as studio apartment) or the refund of down payment and middle payments made in cases where a project owner fails to fulfil its obligations under pre-sale agreement due to bankruptcy, insolvency, etc.
Guarantee for Cooperative Housing Completion
It guarantees the completion of cooperative housing construction or the payment of damages incurred by the cooperative in cases where a constructor of cooperative housing project fails to fulfil its obligation of construction.

It guarantees the repayment of housing purchase loan from a financial institution that the home buyer received for the house guaranteed for its completion.

It guarantees the repayment of rental deposit loan from a financial institution that the tenant received for the rental housing.
Guarantee for Rental Deposit
It guarantees the lease of rental housing by a private constructor or liability of the rental deposit (including the pre-use inspection and the registration of ownership preservation) pursuant to Article 49 Clause 1 and the Enforcement Decree Article 38 o¡¸f Special Act on Private Rental Housing¡¹

4. Under Construction

Guarantee for Build-Then-Sell Housing Construction Loan

  • It guarantees the payment of the principal and interest of housing construction loan under the condition that developer allots part of housing units for after-sale in cases where the developer fails to repay the loan.

It guarantees the payment of the principal and interest of a loan after having unsold, completed units owned by the housing development as collateral.

It guarantees the return of Jeonse deposit to Jeonse sublease business operator with existing housing units financed by the National Housing & Urban Fund in cases where the lessor fails to return the Jeonse deposit.

It guarantees the payment of monthly rent to a lessor in cases where a lessee fails to pay the monthly rent under lease agreement.
